Around line 660 at Text.Templating.Heist.Internal.hs

Both getDoc and getXMLDoc leverage parseHTML from xmlhtml and I suspect getXMLDoc is expected to use parseXML.

Fix issue #22: getXMLDoc was the same as getDoc.
