Describe the bug
STEP files load time is huge compared event to freecad, also not all parts of STEP are loaded

To Reproduce
Just go load any complex STEP

Expected behavior
Fast load on par with freecad, all parts of STEP loaded

Issue #54: Fix step load
8ed6756 
 * updated step loading code to semi-properly set parts names while loading
 * reduce load time by updating display function according to occ examples
 * fix missing STEP parts by restoring loading of TopoDS_Solid, which was disabled for some reason
