When you refresh thruk during a slow config reload, you get no contact groups and you can't see any hosts/services anymore.

Running those 2 commands fixes the issue:

$ thruk cache clean
cache cleared

$ omd reload apache
Reloading apache configuration (PID: 5639)... OK
