Effects of TDCS dosage on working memory in healthy participants
The files in this repository are intended to allow replication of methodology and analysis for the manuscript titled above.
Inquisit files were used to run tasks (resting state and 3-back).
MATLAB scripts are provided for the analysis pipeline used. The sn_analysispipeline script should be opened first to understand how all other scripts are employed
SPSS syntax is provided for the mixed effects repeated measures model statistical analysis. sn_FINAL contains the final syntax used, whereas the other 3 files demonstrate how various analysis parameters were selected For example, selection of covariance type, or the factorial combination of independent variables used.
