Users can have multiple departments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to add people to multiple departments. In my situation, I have the managers of a department like the Marketing manager who is also part of the Senior Leadership team. I would like to add them to both department groups but at the moment I can only add them to one. Therefore, it is frustrating because if I look up the department that he isn't assigned to then it looks like he isn't part of that department. Sometimes we also have staff who have two roles in two different departments and yet I can only add them to one as well so I have to choose between the two which can be difficult.

I would like to be able to assign users to multiple departments.
