Duplicate Unaccepted Assets after user location change

Dear All,

I think this is a process issue. Cannot replicate it on Demo because cannot change location of a user.

There is a problem that when an asset assigned to a user and you change the user's location before user sign the acceptance letter, the user cannot accept the asset after the change. Then you re-assign the asset to the user, user can accept it, but the old log stays at the unaccepted assets report forever.

To Reproduce
1- assign an asset to a user
2- change the location of the user
3- User cannot accept asset, it gives error:

4- remove the assign of the asset to the user and re-assign it.
5- Check the unaccepted asset report and see that there are 2 same assignments.
5- User now can accept and sign the acceptance letter.
6- At the unaccepted Asset list the new entry is deleted but the old one is stays.

How can I remove the old one ?
If you be kind, could you please add a process to prevent this happens again ?
