[Feature Request] LDAP sync filters users no longer exits and auto disables and reports

Server (please complete the following information):

• Snipe-IT Version: 5.1.6
• OS: Ubuntu
• Web Server: Apache
• PHP Version: 7.4

Working for a organization when staff or members leave would be great when we LDAP sync that if the user was not detected it would auto disable (Not allow login) and we could also run a report showing any disabled people who still have assets so we can easily audit and chase down people who fail to return assets when leaving the organization.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing this manually takes considerable man hours and hard to maintain 100% accuracy.

We LDAP sync using security groups users are in. Total of 3 different security groups.
