Fixes #8143 Date localization not working on custom fields

Description

Part II: the revenge of the evil Custom Fields.

On #10805 and #10804 I have a first attempt to fix this, but I overlooked another part where we display the Custom Field, and as we don't format it accordly, a discrepancy occurs. Thanks to @dg-td for bring this problem to light.
