Fixed Error 500 undefined variable item creating a new user.

Description

Some new fields were introduced to the User model making needed the Datepicker partial form in the edit. But the datepicker input uses the $item variable to access the current value of the date.

As this is the only use of that variable I pass the $user object as the $item variable. Just to put the correspondent dates in the input.
