Moved warranty into manufactuer’s section

A few folks have asked that we include the warranty URL in the asset even if no warranty duration was provided. This does that.

PR Summary

• Enhancements to web page links
  The links present on the displayed web page now open in a new browser tab, improving navigation experience for the user.

• UI Improvement with Icons
  Added external-link icons to these links which visually indicate to our users that clicking these links will take them to an external webpage, improving user experience.

• Dynamic warranty lookup feature
  A new feature has been added to display a warranty lookup URL, and this URL changes dynamically based on certain conditions. This allows users to check their product's warranty status seamlessly.
