Sorted the directory lists, removing duplicates. Also added some new (missing) directories.

PR Summary

• Expansion of Private Directories
  The private directories list has increased. This is particularly intended for securely storing user-specific materials such as accessory files, component details, consumable item specifics, and EULA documents (End-user license agreements) which pertain to legal contracts between the software manufacturer and the user.

• Expansion of Public Directories
  Similarly, the range of public directories also grew. These directories provide storage locations for a myriad of data including asset details, user avatars, category specifics, company information, departmental details, location descriptions, details about manufacturers, model information, and supplier specifics. These are files and data points accessible by all users.
