If we try to upload any new JSON Schema (at least with igluctl) while com.snowplowanalytics.self-desc/schema/jsonschema/1-0-0 is absent in registry - it gives java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

@chuwy I had the same problem. Seems like the snowplow (or something in between) has some length limit to event names, try to make the event_name/path shorter. Let me know if that works for you too.
