OpenIDFA calendar is deprecated for iOS 8

This results in changes to the source of OpenIDFA. There is a ticket open already to address this but looks like it has never been addressed...

Should we fork it and push the updates there as well so that we can provide an updated download for the manual and static setup guides?

Questions:

• How many files is OpenIDFA?
• How is it versioned?
• Do they accept Pull Requests?
• Is this academic because of the other ticket which explains that OpenIDFA in iOS 8 doesn't work because it can't access URIs?

Thanks @jbeemster - is OpenIDFA a Podfile? I'm wondering if we just add the two files into our tracker rather than creating a whole repo, fork, etc...

It does appear to be again a POD.. from what I can see here ylechelle/OpenIDFA#3 it was temporarily removed as a POD but seems to have since been moved back in.

The two files are currently in our repo. I think the best course of action would just be to update the setup guides to grab our version of the files from the repo rather than going to the source. (This only relates to the static library setup).
