Add 'absolute time elapsed' field to 02-events-time

In addition to engaged time, it's also useful to know the absolute time elapsed for the page view. A user spending 40 seconds engaged over a 60 second absolute time is engaging in a very different way from a user spending 40 seconds engaged over 10 minutes.
