Fix support for new DSP game version with new config entries

  • Fix compatibility with DSP v0.9.27
  • Add config entry for Advance Mining Machine Default Gathering Speed
  • Add config entries for Logistics Distributor: Charging Power, Bots Inject Percentage and Always Guess Filter.
  • Add config entries for all Logistic Buildings: Enable Auto Replenishment and Output Stack Count.
