Hi, I could not find a description of the meaning of the exact meaning of the fields.
I imagine that there is one row for every vehicle that was recorded by some traffic speed detector.
This is my guessed meanings:

  • ID: an ID of the detector
  • LINK NAME: the address of where the detector is located (why link?)
  • LINK ID: an ID of the link (?)
  • SPEED: the recorded speed (in mph)
  • DATA_AS_OF: the date and time of the vehicle passage
But what are the other fields (TRAVEL_TIME, STATUS etc.)? Can somebody help me?

I'm also having a hard time understanding what is the physical interpretation of each link. Where is it on the map? Is seems to be a segment in the city, but I cannot understand which. Help anyone?
