Pay rate survey

Wages and contract prices are things the Belgians typically don't talk about. Which to my frustration mainly increases the position of the middleman. So i think it would be a good idea if we share some information on this.

What are the current wages, prices for software craftsman? Depending on experience level, tech stack region...

Is it time for a raise? Time to renegotiate your contract?
