[QIP]: Issues for Quality improvement plan

Issue/Feature Description:
The issue is an umbrella issue for Quality improvement plan :
Following are the identified issue:

• Ensure UT quality :

  • Identify respective owner and track the UT

• Improve Developer deployment experience

  • Fix Dockerfile and docker-compose deployment Fix Dockerfile and docker-compose deployment #531
  • Make sure standalone can be replaced with containerized deployment and development

• E2E testing : E2E testframework for delfin #562

  • Identify E2E test framework, Open an issue to get community feedback
  • Ensure framework E2E testcases with fake driver
  • Identify driver specific testcases and group them with tags

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
The issue handles quality improvement for the project

Respective issues are explained in detail with tracking issues.
