Issue/Feature Description:
Need to have a locking mechanism to synchronize tasks.
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
When requests come simulatanesly the task manager should handle the synchronus problem by locking..
How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
