Data and code for the paper "Tracing Linguistic Markers of Influence in a Large Online Organisation" at ACL 2023

Instructions to rerun the notebook (if you only want to read it you can skip to step 4):

1. Unzip the contents of resources.zip (this will create several new folders alongside the "ACL work" folder)

2. Install the ietfdata python library from https://github.com/glasgow-ipl/ietfdata

3. Install other imported libraries if you do not already have them

• The Notebook was developed/tested using Python 3.x. numpy x.y.z, and scikit-learn x.y.z

4. Open the "ACL 2023.ipynb" file the ACL work folder
