Incompatible in Windows 10 #5

Hi everyone

I find following error when install it in windows 10 (version 10.0.10240)

detect window 10 as windows 8
When I hard code the result from windows version detect.
run installer on windows 10, always return permission denied, I had debug the installer, the error return from this statement 'hr = pSetup->Install(id, &token, 0, 0, NULL, NULL, &pComponent);'

Is anyone have fixed.
