With some more testing, I discovered that if I wait long enough (2 minutes) when there is no network connection and the connection is being retried, the Here is what I am seeing at the following time elapsed after a connection is lost:

I am working on implementing webhooks and during testing noticed that there is a scenario of getting multiple events at the same time for the same user. My current webhook batching is set to 500ms for testing purposes.
The specific scenario was that I went offline in Chrome causing the WebSocket connection to fail and then switched it back to online which created the following events sent in a single webhook:
As you can see, I got a
member_removed
and amember_added
