Wait for an upload box to appear at the end of the "Input Protein ..." box. (not seeing it) #46

did you use the "run all" button? You need to execute the cell in order to see the box. |
Thanks, that seemed to work. It wasn't clear from the msa instructions
that you needed to start the run for the upload option to appear. It is
reading the a3m now, but it is crashing at "Call MMSseq2 ..." with error
below. I actually don't want it to try to find more sequences, but not
sure how to skip that step.

When I select msa_mod->custom I do not see an "upload box" at the end of the "Input Protein ..." box.
