During this workshop you will deploy a TensorFlow deep learning model into production, using:

• The R programming language
• Illustratative peptide data from the field of BioInformatics
• The tensorflow and keras packages to train a deep learning model
• The plumber package to create a REST API
• RStudio Connect for production deployment
