Ping.. could we have a 8.10 compatible doctest release ? It could be helpful for folks preparing their packages for 8.10. |

I'll cut a release within the next few days, ideally after cabal-install 3.2 is out so I can test in CI with an as-released configuration, but if that doesn't happen soon I'll just pull the lever anyway. |

CI is using a released cabal-install for GHC 8.10.
