Comparing to cabal [1] docs there are a number of fields missing.

I'm not sure whether this is omission-by-design or omission-by-no-one-cared-so-far hence I'm raising a ticket for discussion first before sending a PR.

@teh we add features as they are needed. The goal is not necessarily to replicate all of cabal, but rather only things that are useful and needed by hpack users. Please feel free to open tickets and / or PRs for individual features.
