Resolves #42 by adding ddev support
The ddev config sets up a default web host, solr server, and blt alias command. The installation steps, as reflected in the readme, are identical now, aside from using ddev instead of lando.
At some point we may want to revisit the usage of the word 'frost' in
.ddev/config.yamlanddocroot/sites/default/settings.php, but that might be able to wait until we get support questions around that.
