When no Coverage Measures are found in the report the COVERAGE metric needs to be set to 0.0 #56

Currently if there is not measure found in the coverage reports, the sonar dashboard reports "-". It should report 0.
Same should be done to integration and overall coverage

We agreed not to implement this because:

  • We dont behave this way for other metrics: it would be inconsistent
  • This was important because of the behaviour of the old and now obsoleted technical debt plugin. So its even less sensible now.
