I was confused about what I needed to do after installing c'mon.
Can the "TAPI call monitor" plugin be initially "stopped" instead of "running"? It wasn't obvious to me that I had to stop it from running in order to check the boxes for TAPI-Provider, and the default appears to be to have all providers unchecked, which essentially means it isn't monitoring anything anyway.
After it displays the About page, can you have a pop-up window (or maybe some other method) to instruct the user to:
2a) go to Settings->Plugins->TAPI
2b) enable desired TAPI-Providers in the list
2c) click "Start Monitor"
