The first summer tutorial for maizego members
In this tutorial, we will learn the basic of:
- Linux and shell scripts;
- How to use the HPC (High Performance Computing) cluster;
- How to manage your working environment on HPC;
- How to write reusable pipelines;
- Brief and quick overview of genome(gene) annotation;
These tutorial will not make you a qualified bioinformatics-analyst, but they will reduce the chances that you make fatal errors on HPC.
