Building SP on QT 5.5

Don't know if you want to take issues when building with QT5.5 on a Mac running OSX 10.11. I have it working but I have noticed that the help window is not resizeable when detached with this version. If I run SP built with QT5.4 and detach the window it is resizeable, and if I leave it at a certain size in that version, and then launch the QT5.5 build it remembers that size OK but it cannot be resized. (should have added that is with the help window detached. You can resize it vertically when docked)

Let me know if you don't want issues with this build

Apparently the non-resizable help window is a Qt5.5 bug

There is a patch, but it doesn't appear to have been incorporated in QT5.5.1 so still to work through.
