Draft PR for the MO2 overhaul branch.

This still needs testing on my end, but the merge conflicts have been resolved. Testing from others would be massively appreciated too.

This won't be merged for another couple of weeks probably, but a draft PR is open now.

Changelog notes:

  • Overhaul of MO2 Implementation
  • Fixed list of available Wine packages not working
  • Add option to keep SteamTinkerLaunch open after the game is closed

For transparency: Several users now have tested this branch with fully clean setups at least. It just needs further testing with existing setups (e.g. my own New Vegas and Oblivion setups). It can't cover all basis but if it works with those two games in my case I'll be happy to merge this. Hopefully it'll be done this weekend :-)
