How to provide BinanceApiOptions when initializing BinanceApi #136

I am trying to create 2 new BinanceApi instances, 1 for COM domain and 1 for US.
However I can't initialize BinanceHttpClient with my BinanceApiOptions, because its constructor is internal.
Is it meant to be done by some other way?
