Best times are reported if there is a previous (slower) best time recorded for the current track and car, and only if these can be identified without ambiguities (#46).

• is better prepared to run on Linux (#36)
• improves the output format of the list-laptimes script and adds headers to the output of the export-laptimes script (#47)
