Successful package + install test:
python3 setup.py sdist,scp dist/sopel-weather-1.6.0.tar.gz remote:~/, andpip install sopel-weather-1.6.0.tar.gz. This put the entrypoint version of the plugin on our bot in #sopel:weather/setup-entrypoint sopel-weather (weather = sopel_weather) [enabled]
