Doing so is needed for converting to non tfs formats
At somepoint this should be converted to warning messages
Parser is actually buggy here and needs work but the generally gist is in place and it will work on any templates not using named parameters.

The main focus of this PR is to improve the output of abilities however some other changes have made its way in. An important change is the improvement of the template parser.
