Looks like a regression slipped in with the support for multiple ModelPathSpec annotations. The ReflectionResourceMethodIntrospector looks for the presence of a TemplateResolver and if not found, it throws an exception. Unfortunately, it does that before looking to see if the resource has any ModelPathSpec annotations.
