Three main changes here:
tests/test_utils.pyfrom silently ignoring attribute value checking when the types are also stated. Thanks to @pzinemanas for spotting this in Singapura's Clip.town returns sensor_id #103.tests/resources/sound_datasets/esc50_downloadfolder after test has been run.
