🍁 Software concept for a visual palette representing the total measure of land area used by each public municipal and provincial property in Canada.

CONCEPT DESCRIPTION

This national property data visualization concept was designed for the people of Canada and The Government of Canada.

Note

  • Canada's national parks use approximately 336,343 square kilometers or 3,620,362,417,700 square feet of Canada's lands.

  • Norway's total area is about 385,207 square kilometers, which is slightly larger than 336,343 square kilometers. This comparison gives a good perspective of Canada's national parks.

Note

  • Canada's park buildings use approximately 2,171,200.664 square feet of Canada's national park land area.

  • The world's largest shopping malls consume a similar amount of area. For example, the Mall of America in Minnesota covers about 2.77 million square feet of retail space.

CONCEPT FEATURES

  • Data visualization representing the total measure of land areas.
