Ability to include a section of content from another page

I would love the ability to include a section of content from another page in the handbook. This would allow us to inline valuable pieces of information in multiple places in the handbook, while preserving a single source of truth in the source markdown.

Examples of pieces of information that are valuable scoped to a specific team/org, but also valuable to see as a department/company:

• Org chart (see Improve org chart page #61)
• OKRs
• Roadmaps

@nicksnyder we do have some shared data files now that can drive common content (https://github.com/sourcegraph/handbook/tree/main/data) but it's limited without #767 to only being able to be used on fully-generated pages.

#768 implements this partially (generated content is no longer limited to fully-generated pages). So you can have a single source for generated content, but not general markdown.

Added #767 to the Handbook hacking hour list in hopes we can work on it sooner than later. I think this would be a big improvement
