Communicate that lang: filter supports languages beyond suggestions

We only show some languages in our suggestions in the lang: filter. Users may think our search doesn't support their language, even though we support all languages. We need to communicate that all languages work.

Maybe: add an inactive-styled suggestion at the end that says all languages are supported.

Two ideas that came to mind:

Communicate that all languages work by leaving the filter blank,

or add something to the search bar itself like this:

or keep things the same but add every language to the list

It's tough to include "every" language, there's simply way too many. We included all of them from Stack Overflow's developer survey, but there are always more that are obscure and we'll miss out on.

Hmm that screenshot seems possible, but won't work in interactive mode when the main search bar doesn't parse filters. What about adding that "any language" as part of the dropdown list, but making it inactive/styled?
