Make it possible to validate schemas that contain embedded schemas with other dialects

Right now, if the embedded schemas are of another dialect that had breaking changes in terms of certain keywords, validation will fail.

The solution is that when validating a schema, we first break down the schema into its independent schema resources and validate each according to their respective meta schemas.
