I would like the consul service to log someplace useful. How do I do tell the consul_service resource to use my template instead? Let's say my wrapper cookbook is named mywrapper.

I am not sure how this was missed before. This change for sysvinit
writes the service logs out to /var/log/consul.log.

This should close #284 and close #290.
