This PR adds support for the nginx syslog module from https://github.com/yaoweibin/nginx_syslog_patch, which is the same patch used by tengine (http://tengine.taobao.org/).

Does this only work if nginx is being installed from source or will it also work for package installation in ubuntu? I think it would be good to see update to read me on example with how to use it.

Thanks for opening the ticket. Re: your comments, I updated the README.md with details on the syslog recipe, including the fact that it only works with source builds.
