JitMeetConnector

This demo code is for:

1. Connect with JitMeet through XMPP Jingle protocol, join an existed conference. (Finished)
2. Receive Video/Audio streams of the conference, output them into a local file. (Not finished)

Problems:

1. Video media stream can not get receive stream although the RTP session has been built successfully
