trouble with the Arduino Nano.

I've not been able to get this to work with the arduino nano. it just hangs saying ready to send file of size 39453...

I think the guide needs to be clearer about the pins to use. Pins 8-11 are different on different chip form factors and different boards. Do you mean PD6 (for pin 8), PD7 (for pin 9), PB0 (for pin 10) and PB1 (for pin 11)... of so it maybe useful to say that in the guide.

Please submit a pull request with better documentation. I stopped working on CPLDs around five years ago and don't have them around the house anymore. If your workbench is more up to date than mine, I'd appreciate the help.
