Please don't bikeshed the damn name, I beg you.

I'm opening this draft PR to collect feedback. We really need to stop using txt files for audio attribution and I just want to make that change happen.

This standard is intended mostly for audio files but can also be applied to prototypes if a fork wants to license their prototypes differently. Or any other not-RSI format, I guess.

I don't think the modifications field is necessary. Stuff like ogg conversion shouldn't matter I don't think and don't need to be mentioned. More complex modifications literally are copyright and ought to be put in the field as "originally from TG, modified as such".
