Ahelp 'Teleport To' does not take you to DC'ed players.

Description

For players who DC, say as a command role, the Ahelp menu doesn't let you teleport to their last character.

Reproduction

Teleport to a player who is playing a character, float away, have the player disconnect, attempt to teleport to the player with the ahelp 'Teleport To' button or via their right click verb. See that you do not move.

This is a frequent event for dealing with players who grief, as they tend to disconnect immediately, making it take extra time to get to their location to address the grief.
