Add viewNsfwGuilds to User Settings

I don't know if I did the migrations thingy correctly, though. They do work for me, however, I am not sure if this is everything I needed to do?

I actually did it on purpose, because I forgot that this pr was open on that fork, and I now use my fork for CD. The database contains a spacebar instance with some pre-defined guilds, users and settings for me to test with. I use this, so I can just clone the whole thing and use it in github actions or whatever
