Ingestion + metadata folks would like some example datasets to play with so they can start trying to ingest things.

@ttung built a cool tool that generates fake datasets of arbitrary size. Can we:

Create a README file that explains how to use the tool
Add the Tool to the starfish pip package

@hewgreen @dosumis You don't care about the data content, right? Just the shape and metadata?
